Jan-Hendryk Münchow studied Protestant theology in Tübingen, Leipzig, Athens and received his MA from the University of Tuebingen in 2018. He is currently a PhD student at the University of Leipzig and devotes his PhD thesis to biblical narratology in the book of Exodus. (Exodus 1-14.) Related to his Phd thesis he is also interested in the history of Israel, archeology of the southern Levant, and biblical anthropology.
